HOW IT STARTED
My journey into scalp micropigmentation began when I decided to have the procedure done myself.
I chose a well-known clinic in downtown Toronto and expected that paying a premium would mean receiving a premium experience. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling disappointed with both the service and the result.
I didn't feel like my individual needs had received the attention they deserved, and I knew firsthand how frustrating it was to be left dissatisfied with work performed on something as personal and visible as your scalp.
Instead of allowing that experience to end my SMP journey, it became the reason I entered the industry.
I wanted to create the kind of experience I had originally been looking for—one built around personal attention, careful planning and genuine consideration for what each client wants to achieve.
